By creating a Pag.li account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You own the content you publish on your Pag.li page. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and deliver that content to visitors of your page — nothing more.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pag.li to:
- Publish illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Impersonate others or infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
- Abuse or attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
Payments & fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Pag.li does not take a percentage of your commerce revenue on included plans. Third-party fees (payment processors, tax) still apply.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the service or its users. You can close your account at any time from your settings.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pag.li is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
